About The Position

Housing Visions is looking for great people to join our team! This Regional Property Manager position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am at our WNY offices (Buffalo, Lockport, Niagara Falls, Olean). Salary range is $60,000-$68,000/yr. Oversees and directs operations of an assigned current portfolio of up to 500 multi-family units within scattered-site affordable and supportive housing projects throughout NY state. Provides ongoing support to all site level staff in multiple rental offices. Works in coordination with Facilities Manager, Compliance Manager, Multifamily Portfolio and Lease Up Manager and Director of Property Manager to carry out all responsibilities of portfolio.

Responsibilities
