The primary purpose of your position is to develop, implement, and support a standardized clinical education and competency program across all centers in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations, as well as corporate clinical standards. This role supports the VP of Clinical Services and facility leadership to ensure consistent clinical practice, regulatory compliance, and the highest degree of quality resident care. As Corporate Clinical Education Coordinator, you are delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out your assigned duties. You will work collaboratively with the RVP of Clinical Services, DONs, Administrators, and other facility leaders to support clinical education initiatives across the organization.
