Regional Sales Director, Clinical Toxicology, East Region Labcorp is seeking a Regional Sales Director, Clinical Toxicology, to join our team! Job Responsibilities: Oversee regional sales and account management activities across Clinical Toxicology products, including Medical Drug Monitoring and Medication Assisted Treatment solutions. Lead representatives promoting Labcorp products to physicians, clinics, hospitals, and health systems. Develop and implement revenue‑generation models, targeting strategies, and market positioning initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and C‑suite stakeholders. Execute the field sales plan within the assigned region to achieve established sales objectives. Serve as the liaison between the sales organization and laboratory operations leadership. Expand and develop a high‑performing, world‑class team. Utilize industry and regional market insights to support customer-specific and segment-specific growth strategies. This field‑based leadership role is responsible for driving sales and account management across the East Region, which includes the Northeast and Atlantic Divisions. Reporting to the National Sales Director, this position will support the strategy and execution of Clinical Toxicology offerings while developing a high‑performing team. The role directly impacts regional growth, customer partnerships, and market positioning across a highly competitive segment. The geographic territory for this position covers the Northeast and Atlantic sales divisions. The ideal candidate would reside in either the Northeast (MA, CT, ME, VT, NH, NY, NJ) or Atlantic divisions (MD, VA, NC, SC)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 or more years of sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Sales management/leadership experience in the healthcare industry
  • A strong degree of technical competency
  • Salesforce experience proficiency
  • Ability to create, implement, and execute growth and retention strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed environment across divisions, commercial teams, and operational sites
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. for meetings and training (up to 25%)
  • Valid Driver’s License
