The Regional Sales Director (External Wholesaler) will be responsible for growing and managing the South-Central regional sales territory (TX/OK/AR/MS/LA/NM). This field-based role involves working directly with producing agents and advisors to drive sales growth and strengthen relationships. The Regional Sales Director will create strategies, recruit new relationships, manage relationships with current agents/advisors, and be responsible for overall growth in the regional territory. The individual will be part of the sales team and will collaborate and partner with the Internal Wholesaler also assigned to the region to achieve sales goals. The individual will work with peers who manage other regional territories, as well as sales support, underwriting and other home office staff at all levels of the company and across all functions.
