Requirements
- Experience in merchant paymentsorpayment processing sales
- Proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing or mentoringfield-basedsellers
- Strong recruiting and team development capabilities
- Ability to manage pipeline forecasting and territory strategy
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build a market from the ground up
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team ofField Merchant Payment Consultantsin your territory
- Recruit, hire, and onboard top-performing merchant payments sales professionals
- Drive merchant acquisition across SMB businesses with physical locations
- Conduct ride‑alongsand coaching sessions to develop your sales team
- SupportConsultantsin closing key deals and managing large opportunities
- Develop territory growth strategies andmaintaina strong pipeline
- Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets
- Provide market insights and competitive feedback to leadership
- Represent Flatpay locally and establish the brand with business owners
