Reporting directly to the National Sr Sales Director, Hospital Division, as a Regional Sales Manager, Hospitals (Quebec), you will play a key leadership role in driving Sandoz Canada’s hospital strategy across the province. In this role, you will: • Lead Sandoz’s presence in Quebec, managing the province with ownership and building strong, influential relationships with hospital and provincial decision‑makers. • Drive national and provincial sales performance by executing impactful Plans of Action (POA), gathering competitive insights, using sales data tools, and supporting high‑quality product launches and promotional initiatives. • Engage continuously with customers, strengthening existing partnerships while identifying and developing new Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support our expanding portfolio. • Contribute strategically to RFP success, providing valuable market and customer insights and competitive knowledge to help secure key business opportunities.
