About The Position

Work cross-functionally to create, implement, and optimize all necessary regional account-level sales initiatives. The goal is to identify opportunities, implement strategies, and leverage all available sales tools and programs to optimize performance within Regional Accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or business preferred; or 2+ years of experience in automotive sales and finance.
  • Proven ability in account planning and strategic development.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think critically and apply information effectively.
  • Advanced computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to: Drive daily to dealerships. Walk dealership lots when necessary. Use a cell phone regularly (80%+ travel required).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-level selling within Regional Accounts.
  • Manage a group of 5–8 Market Representatives: Provide training, coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Collaborate directly with Senior Management to: Monitor regional performance. Develop strategies. Implement tactical plans.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Regional Accounts and act as an escalation point for Dealer Partners.
  • Meet sales goals and travel expectations: Visit the market at least 8 times per quarter or as needed.
  • Coordinate with dealers and ACA Funding/Underwriting on deals.
  • Monitor dealer-level performance and implement sales actions accordingly.
  • Review in-house contracts and assist with action plans.
  • Evaluate returned deals to determine recoverability.
  • Stay informed on competitor programs and communicate relevant updates to the team.
  • Participate in weekly DOT calls.
  • Conduct spot calls to declining or inactive Dealer Partners to uncover issues or opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
