This role is for someone who thrives in the arena, leads from the front, and is motivated by building dominance across markets — not maintaining status quo. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding measurable market share, and scaling production statewide. This leader will expand quality listing inventory, increase closed transaction volume, recruit strategically in priority submarkets, and ensure ELIFIN captures a larger percentage of deal flow across office, retail, industrial, land, and multifamily. This is a production-driven leadership role focused on winning markets, raising standards, and building long-term dominance across Louisiana.
