About The Position

About the Team:The Regional Sales Manager role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, supporting sales partners, managing forecasts and budgets, and expanding market presence through prospecting, pricing intelligence, and industry representation. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and frequent travel to effectively manage customer relationships and support business growth. The position would sit remotely within Texas.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree required or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 50-75%
  • 3+ years customer service or sales experience required, automotive/mechanical aptitude and expertise helpful.
  • Must possess effective presentation, communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Work with all internal functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Support independent rep agencies with sales calls, information exchange, and product changeovers.
  • Provide input to assist in planning and product forecasting.
  • Responsible to create and execute sales forecast and budget.
  • Provide market intelligence for pricing, market share, and aftermarket trends to maintain competitive market position and communicate pricing to customers.
  • Responsible for prospecting and new account set up and customer order processing utilizing ERP system.
  • Represent ZF at trade shows and related industry functions as needed.
  • Provide back-up within department and perform related tasks as needed.
