We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive the sales and expansion of Digital Power products within assigned territories and accounts. This individual will play a crucial role in executing sales strategies, growing revenue, and managing relationships with customers, distributors, and manufacturing sales representatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven sales professional with experience in power electronics, strong technical acumen, and the ability to develop and close new business opportunities. This role is based at our Milpitas, CA office and reports to the Director of National Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities to drive revenue growth within assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
  • Define and implement sales strategies to extend our market footprint and achieve growth objectives.
  • Work with distributors and manufacturers' sales representatives to maximize sales opportunities and market reach.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical guidance to recommend the best power solutions.
  • Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closures to meet revenue targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in power electronics sales.
  • Strong technical acumen related to power products.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in defense and aerospace, medical and healthcare, or telecommunications industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
