This position is remote but supports the western region (CA, CO, AZ, NV) The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of 7–10 Business Development Managers across a defined region. This role ensures the execution of Easy Ice’s strategic sales initiatives and is accountable for achieving monthly regional sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager provides leadership, coaching, and development to a hunter-focused sales team and plays a key role in building a strong, positive, high‑performance team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales leadership experience with a strong track record leading hunter-focused teams.
  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead a dispersed field sales team.
  • Strong attention to metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Energetic, positive, and skilled at creating a winning culture.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to interpret sales data.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.
  • Sitting, walking, and occasional lifting.
  • Frequent computer and phone use.
  • Regional travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7–10 Business Development Managers.
  • Build and maintain a positive, high‑performance sales culture.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales goals for the region.
  • Monitor pipeline health, activity metrics, and CRM compliance.
  • Execute the Easy Ice strategic sales plan at the regional level.
  • Analyze sales performance trends and identify coaching opportunities.
  • Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new BDMs.
  • Provide ongoing training, field support, and joint sales calls.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support sales execution.
  • Ensure team accountability through clear expectations and transparent metrics.
  • Foster an energetic, solutions‑oriented, customer‑focused culture.
