About The Position

Our fast-growing technology client is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales efforts across the Western U.S. This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role focused on new business development and expanding strategic enterprise accounts . The ideal candidate is an experienced cybersecurity software sales professional with a strong hunter mentality and a proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets . You will play a key role in expanding market presence by acquiring new enterprise customers and helping organizations strengthen and modernize their security infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience
  • Proven experience selling cybersecurity software solutions
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong new business “hunter” mindset with the ability to open doors and close complex deals
  • Experience engaging and selling to executive-level technology and security leaders
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%

  • Experience selling enterprise security, compliance, cloud security, or infrastructure solutions
  • Familiarity with workflow automation, change management, or project management platforms

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Business Development Identify and secure new enterprise customers within the Western U.S. territory
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand relationships with strategic accounts
  • Build strong executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and senior IT leadership
  • Sales Execution Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and close
  • Partner with technical teams to deliver solution demonstrations and value-driven presentations
  • Position cybersecurity software solutions that support organizations in strengthening and modernizing their environments
  • Pipeline & Territory Management Maintain an accurate and active pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Manage territory strategy and forecasting to consistently exceed sales targets
  • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals
  • Market Intelligence & Collaboration Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer initiatives to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
