About The Position

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager with strong sales operations and performance leadership experience to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and sales productivity across the region. This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales organization, overseeing sales analytics, forecasting, territory management, pricing optimization, CRM adoption, and sales compensation, and ensuring consistent execution against budget and performance targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or sales operations within a high-volume environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong CRM experience (Sage or similar).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and data-driven sales analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and customer-focused

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team to drive organic growth, margin expansion, and new customer acquisition.
  • Coach Sales Representatives through training, joint sales calls, and ongoing performance feedback; manage performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Pricing to improve profitability, sales execution, and efficiency.
  • Oversee sales compensation planning, headcount alignment, and OpEx coordination with branch leadership.
  • Use data and analytics to guide sales strategy, performance management, and continuous improvement.
  • Build, maintain, and deliver sales reporting, forecasts, and KPI analysis to support business decisions.
  • Drive CRM adoption, data quality, and process improvement across the sales organization.
  • Analyze territory alignment, account coverage, Sales Rep performance, and gross profit generation.
  • Support onboarding of new branches through RelaDyne’s EXCELERATE program.
