Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and overall performance of an assigned sales region at MicroSurgical Technology. This position has full accountability for revenue attainment, profitability, forecasting accuracy, and the development of a high-performing sales organization within a clinically complex and highly regulated medical device environment. The RSM is expected to provide disciplined sales leadership, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and executive stakeholders, while upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethical conduct.
