Job Summary The Regional Sales Manager oversees sales performance, revenue growth, and strategic territory execution across the West Coast region. This role leads a team of 1–4 Area Sales Representatives and is responsible for developing talent, driving market strategy, and ensuring consistent, high quality sales execution. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic planning with active field engagement.
