Requirements
- 1+ year of multi-unit management experience (retail wireless preferred)
- Solid customer service or sales background
- Willingness to relocate if needed
- High performance in key sales + ops metrics
- Hands-on leadership with a drive for results
- Tech-savvy, problem-solver, and people motivator
- Able to work flexible hours (nights, weekends, holidays)
- You thrive in fast-paced, people-first environments
Responsibilities
- Coach, build, train, and lead a team of Store Managers
- Drive sales and own your region’s sales goals and operations standards
- Review performance and analyze trends
- Celebrate wins and build a fun, driven culture
- Oversee hiring, training, and compliance
- Stay on top of communications and act on “hot items” fast
- Make sure every store is staffed
- Stay on top of scheduling and daily needs
- Travel between markets and keep things moving
