Position Summary: Laars Heatings Systems is seeking a Regional Service Manager (Southern Territory) who will establish a strong field presence and build effective customer relationships by delivering expert technical guidance and support across applications, sales, and field service functions. This role supports both internal and external sales organizations, provides critical field feedback to Product Engineering, and ensures compliance with applicable national codes (e.g., NFPA, NEC), application standards, warranty policies, and service procedures through on-site support, training, and educational initiatives. The Regional Service Manager also develops, trains, and maintains a National Contract Service Center (CSC) database to support service consistency, performance tracking, and operational excellence. This responsibility is nationwide and may require travel outside of the assigned territory.
