Regional Service Manager
About The Position
Are you a hands‑on maintenance leader who enjoys supporting teams, elevating standards, and strengthening maintenance execution across communities? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and play a critical role in strengthening maintenance performance across multiple communities. Your Role: Oversee maintenance operations across the region Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians Facilitate training sessions and reinforce consistent maintenance standards Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements This role supports a defined Pennsylvania region and requires the ability to respond on-site to communities within that region as business needs require including for urgent or emergency needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years in multi-site and/or regional maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
