About The Position
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for property maintenance? Join Morgan Properties as a Regional Service Manager and lead a dynamic team while ensuring excellence across multiple communities. Your Role: Oversee maintenance operations across the region Lead, mentor, and develop a team of skilled technicians Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and safety regulations Build relationships with vendors and negotiate service contracts Monitor performance and implement continuous improvements This role requires frequent travel by car within an assigned Pennsylvania region, with regular on‑site support across multiple communities.
Requirements
- 5+ years in maintenance leadership
- Strong technical expertise (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Leadership skills with a focus on team development
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plus
