ENGLISH/SPANISH SPEAKING IS REQUIRED MUST HAVE ORR EXPERIENCE - WORKING WITH IMMIGRANT POPULATION AND SUPERVISION POSITION OVERVIEW: Directly supervises HSPRS Supervisors and develops policies/procedures for the program. Collaborate with Program Director to monitor and manage caseloads. Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems, performing clinical assessments, and facilitating crisis management.
