Requirements

  • Required: Completion of an accredited OT, PT, or SLP program
  • Required: Prior interdisciplinary team collaboration experience in the post-acute care and outpatient settings
  • Required: Current OT, PT, or SLP license to practice in the state(s) assigned
  • Required: SLP Only: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Required: CPR, as required by community
  • Required: Valid driver's license and car insurance as required by state law.
  • Required: Other as required by federal, state and local standards

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred: Prior management experience in long term care setting

Responsibilities

  • The Regional Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of operations for an assigned geographic region.
  • This includes responsibility for personnel development, assigned patient treatments, and customer and staff satisfaction.
  • The Regional Supervisor will also monitor financial and clinical reports to meet budgeted expectations and provide the highest quality services to our patients and clients.
