Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children? Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As a RBT, you'll provide individualized services to children with a medical necessity for treatment using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You'll implement learning programs, collect behavioral data, and support behavior intervention plans. When not working one-on-one, you'll execute group therapy, assist with baseline observations, and provide school readiness tutoring. A Snapshot of What You’ll Be Doing: Observe and measure behavior in clinic settings to support behavior change Gather behavioral data to track progress of behavioral objectives Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using DTT, incidental teaching, and verbal behavior instruction Support teachers with general behavior management
