About The Position
As a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), youâll work one-on-one with children in home and community settings, following treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and valid driverâs license
- Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
Responsibilities
- Providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
- Implementing behavior plans and skill-building programs
- Collecting and documenting session data
- Collaborating with your clinical team
