About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Angier, NC.
This position is ideal for an RBT who values consistent scheduling, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact working directly with a pediatric client.
Schedule
Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Additional hours may be available based on availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active RBT certification (BACB) required
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with pediatric clients
• Ability to pass required background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans
• Support communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Follow behavior and safety support plans
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
