About The Position

At Reliant ABA Therapy – Cypress, you’ll work in a structured, clinic-based environment with consistent hours and strong BCBA support. Our Cypress clinic is ideal for RBTs who value routine, teamwork, and hands-on clinical guidance while making a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DTT, PECS, PRT, or other ABA methodologies
• Prior clinic-based ABA experience
• Familiarity with electronic data collection tools

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA/BCaBA supervision
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record data using electronic systems
• Collaborate closely with supervisors and teammates
• Complete documentation accurately and on time
