About The Position

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full -time, in -home ABA services to a client in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule of 30 hours per week, which is classified as full -time in accordance with company policy. It is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who enjoys building strong therapeutic relationships, working independently in a home setting, and partnering closely with families while receiving strong clinical support from a supervising BCBA. Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing required
• Previous experience providing in -home ABA services required
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Reliable transportation to and from the client’s home
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Consistent availability for the required full -time schedule
• Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and family -centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the client’s home
• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and document accurate session data
• Support communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and clinical team members
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times
