About The Position

You will work directly with clients in their homes while receiving ongoing clinical oversight and mentorship. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will: Provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA Collect and record accurate session data Teach communication, social, and daily living skills Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals Maintain professional documentation in accordance with clinical standards This is hands-on, meaningful work that requires consistency, professionalism, and compassion.
