About The Position
Were excited to expand our services and are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA services to our clients and families. Why join our in-home team? Youll work closely with families, receive strong clinical support, and make a real difference every day. Requirements
- Active RBT credential (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Passion for working with children and families
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA services in clients homes
- Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect accurate data and support skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collaborate with caregivers to promote generalization and success
