About The Position

Mansfield Dental is looking for a seasoned Registered Dental Assistant who is ready to bring their expertise, confidence, and passion for dentistry to a practice that truly values its clinical team. We are a busy, patient-focused general dentistry office and we need an experienced RDA who can step in, take ownership of their role, and elevate the quality of care we deliver every single day.

Requirements

Active Texas RDA license required
Minimum 2 years of RDA experience in a general dentistry setting required
Strong clinical knowledge across a wide range of general dentistry procedures
Natural ability to lead, mentor, and set a high standard for the team
Excellent chairside manner and genuine dedication to patient care
Highly organized, dependable, and professional under pressure

Nice To Haves

Radiology certification preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver expert chairside assistance across a full range of general dentistry procedures including composites, extractions, crown preparations, and more
Set up and break down operatories efficiently and ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready
Take and process digital X-rays with accuracy and confidence
Serve as a clinical leader and resource for less experienced team members
Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and ensure they feel informed and at ease
Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in the practice management system
Mentor and support newer or entry level team members as needed
Uphold all OSHA, infection control, and HIPAA compliance standards
