About The Position

The Staff Pad is hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join a growing dental team in Pomona, CA. This is a great opportunity for an RDA who enjoys working in a fast -paced, patient -focused clinic and wants to be part of a collaborative oral health team.
Location: Pomona, CA
Pay: $27–$28.50 per hour
Schedule:
Full -Time
Tuesday through Saturday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Language: Spanish/English required

Requirements

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification
• Completion of required state licensing and exams
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of dental equipment and terminology
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures
• Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and suctioning
• Sterilize and organize dental instruments and supplies
• Take and develop dental radiographs
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post -treatment care
• Maintain dental supply inventory and assist with equipment upkeep
• Support a positive, welcoming patient experience
