The HealthRIGHT 360 dental clinic provides compassionate, nonjudgmental comprehensive oral healthcare. Our supportive staff, experienced with the complex healthcare needs resulting from homelessness and poverty, is dedicated to serving the community. Under the general supervision of a Dentist, Dental Director and the RDA Manager, The Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) assists the dentist in providing dental treatment. The Registered Dental Assistant will provide comprehensive chairside assistance, patient care, and support to our dental team. Key responsibilities of the RDA include preparing patients for treatments, taking and developing X-rays, ensuring infection control, and managing patient records. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to compassionate, nonjudgmental care.
