About The Position

Fellows Family Dental is a thriving, family-focused practice with a fun, relaxed, and dedicated team culture. Our hygiene schedule is currently booked out nearly six months, and with continued growth and expanded hours, we’re excited to welcome a Registered Dental Hygienist to support our growing patient base. This position is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality preventive care in a supportive, well-run environment.

The Registered Dental Hygienist plays a key role in patient education, preventive care, and overall practice success. You’ll work alongside an experienced clinical team to provide thorough, patient-centered hygiene care while maintaining an efficient and comfortable schedule.

Schedule
Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (no lunch)
Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (lunch 1–2 PM)
Potential Thursday hours (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM) beginning in April

Requirements

• Active Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred (open to strong candidates)
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hygiene care including prophy appointments
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the doctor and clinical team to support patient care
• Ensure operatory cleanliness and infection control standards
