About The Position

We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary
care ohana. In this role, you’ll provide medical nutrition therapy to long-term
care and rehabilitation residents with a range of medical needs. If you're
passionate about improving lives through nutritional care, we want to meet you!

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
• Strong clinical and administrative skills in Dietetics
• Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities

Nice To Haves

• 3+ years of experience in long-term care or a related setting (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Ensure nutritional services meet regulatory standards and best practices
• Collaborate with clinical teams to monitor and adjust residents' nutrition and hydration plans
• Support orientation and training for Nutrition Services managers
• Provide expert consultation and in-service education on nutritional care
