About The Position
Are you an experienced Registered Dietitian looking to supplement your income with flexible hours? Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for a PRN Dietitian for coverage, with an emphasis on periodic coverage or weekends. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical nutrition services, including assessment and care planning, on a flexible schedule. Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations. Focus on resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, and MDS documentation for residents upon admission, quarterly, and as needed. Monitor resident weights, intake, and nutritional status. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to optimize care. Provide nutrition education to residents and family members.
Requirements
- RD
- LTC experience highly preferred.
- Reliable, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
