Requirements

  • Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
  • CNA or PCA/DCS Certification or Experience
  • CPR & First Aid Certifications (or ability to obtain)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 18+ Years Old
  • Caring, dedicated, and passionate about making a difference!

Responsibilities

  • Administer & document medications according to physician orders
  • Ensure timely medication distribution and manage reorders
  • Communicate with doctors & medical professionals about resident care
  • Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
  • Respond to emergency call systems to ensure resident safety
