Are you passionate about supporting breast cancer patients and guiding them through their treatment journey? We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Breast Oncology Navigator to work closely with our multidisciplinary team. This role provides personalized care coordination, education, and support to help patients navigate their treatment options and improve outcomes. This position is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with no weekends, holidays, nights, or call. After onboarding and training, one remote workday per week may be permitted. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure timely, coordinated, and patient-centered care. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you serve as the primary contact for patients and the care team.
