About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and motivated full-time Registered Nurses to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting individuals with I/DD and mental health needs at our warm, home-like Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) in Staunton, VA. We are hiring for the following schedules: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm Monday - Friday, 11pm-7am Your Role in Our Mission Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve Provide guidance to Behavior Techs and LPNs as needed Why Join Us? Requirements
- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
- Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
Responsibilities
- Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home

Benefits
- Competitive salary: $65,000 - $68,000 annually for this full time, exempt position
- Sign-on and retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year!
