How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct patient care and complete initial and ongoing bio‑psychosocial assessments, developing individualized nursing care plans aligned with the master treatment plan. Implement and evaluate nursing interventions, revising plans of care as needed, and facilitate or co‑lead therapeutic group sessions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to review and adjust goals, objectives, and interventions based on changes in patient status.
Requirements
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

- Oriented to all three behavioral health units chemical dependency, eating disorder, and adult psychiatric with a requirement to float per department needs.
Responsibilities
