Requirements
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous critical care experience preferred.
- Previous charge or supervisory experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the interdisciplinary plan of care from admission through discharge, ensuring seamless transitions and consistent, high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing assessments and medical record review to ensure care plans remain appropriate and goal-focused.
- Advocate for patients by securing necessary resources and removing barriers that may delay treatment, discharge, or recovery.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure timely implementation of the health plan and continuity of care.
