How you’ll make an impact in this role Design evidence-based clinical curriculum and competency programs that empower nursing staff to deliver the highest standard of patient care. Evaluate the impact of educational initiatives using data-driven tools to ensure learning goals translate into measurable improvements in clinical outcomes. Consult with department leaders as a strategic partner to identify knowledge gaps and bridge them with innovative, multi-faceted delivery mechanisms. Lead the integration of inter-professional performance standards, ensuring all team members are supported to practice at the full extent of their licensure. Collaborate across the continuum of care to streamline nursing workflows and foster a culture of continuous professional growth and clinical excellence. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing. Work Experience: Required professional licensure at time of hire. What additional preferences we're seeking Specialized Clinical Expertise: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Behavioral Health environments to provide credible, high-level instruction. Requirements
