How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead and coordinate nursing and support staff on assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and smooth unit operations. Assess patient care needs, assign and monitor workloads, and prioritize resources to meet clinical objectives and maintain productivity standards. Support staff development, address patient care concerns, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance outcomes and team performance. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required. Requirements
