About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, age-specific patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in emergency care, adaptable, and capable of handling a wide range of patient conditions.

Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) (All certifications must be active prior to start or scheduled before orientation)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Experience in Emergency Room (ER) setting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Minimum: Less than 1 year of experience accepted

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Critical Access Hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process in the Emergency Department
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for diverse populations
• Adhere to nursing standards and specialty-specific clinical guidelines
• Delegate tasks effectively to support staff and assist in team coordination
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
