The Medical Group provides a wide range of offerings, including primary care, specialty care, behavioral and mental health, and urgent care, both digitally as well as at physical locations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. The group also offers outpatient surgery and endoscopy, imaging, cardiac testing, and infusion. We share the commitment to delivering a coordinated and comprehensive experience across all locations, ensuring the appropriate level of care is available to every patient across our care delivery sites. We are located at 900 Cummings Center, Beverly, MA. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults. We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/week) nurse to join our primary care team, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. This role involves a mix of phone triage and in-office nurse visits, supporting a collaborative team of four nurses and 13 providers. Candidates should have experience with triage, particularly phone-based triage. Prior experience in primary care, especially family medicine, is strongly preferred, while pediatrics experience is also valued. The ideal candidate will be comfortable assessing patient needs, prioritizing care, and supporting a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Job Summary Summary Responsible for patient care and support within the outpatient setting through providing compassionate care, assisting in procedures, and collaborating effectively in a dynamic ambulatory care environment.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree Nursing required
  • Registered Nurse [RN - State License] required
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
  • Basic Life Support [BLS Certification] preferred
  • Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred
  • Prior experience in primary care, especially family medicine, is strongly preferred, while pediatrics experience is also valued.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
  • Conduct patient assessments, devise care plans, and assist in outpatient procedures with a focus on patient comfort and safety.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with regulations.
  • Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
