Regions Hospital is looking to hire an exceptional, patient focused ICU Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool and make a difference for our patients and our community. ICU RN’s will care for patients in our med/surg/progressive care inpatient units as well as patients needing critical care in one of our 4 ICU units: SICU, MICU, CCU and Burn ICU. We are known for saving lives in our Level I Trauma Center, and our nursing staff are key to the exceptional care we provide each patient. As a nursing professional you will be empowered to manage your clinical practice and working environment through our Shared Governance Model, which focuses on evidence-based nursing practice. As a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool serving ICU patients, you will be responsible for performing patient centered, safe, effective, equitable, timely and efficient patient care based on the specific needs of the patient populations served, communicating effectively with patients, families, and the Care Team, participating as an effective unit and nursing department member and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other health care team members across the organization.
