Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Experience with Kinnser software preferred.
- Prior home care nursing experience is highly desirable.
- Strong assessment and clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Reliable transportation to travel within Westland and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and healthcare protocols.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and timely using Kinnser software.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and agency policies.
