About The Position
Join the AdvisaCare Team as a Registered Nurse Home Health Clinical Manager! AdvisaCare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Home Health Clinical Manager to be a part of our team in Kalamazoo/Portage, MI. This is a full-time position for a candidate who holds a valid Michigan Registered Nurse License. If you are a self-motivated, organized individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you! This role primarily involves working on-site from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , focusing on clinical staff education, training, and various other duties as assigned. Expect some travel within the field and between AdvisaCare offices. Our Home Health division is expanding, and we invite the right candidate to seize this incredible opportunity to grow with us! As the Home Health Clinical Manager, you'll lead a strong team of clinicians and help enhance the quality of care provided to our patients. Requirements
- Current MI Registered Nurse License, with documentation of TB test and CPR certification.
- Must pass a clear Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation, a valid MI Driver's License, and Auto Insurance are required.
Nice To Haves
- Home health care experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the education, onboarding, and training of clinical field staff.
- Supervise clinical staff shifts and home visits.
- Travel within the AdvisaCare service area on a weekly basis.
