How you’ll make an impact in this role You will be working in a high-acuity, 32-bed unit where the patient-to-nurse ratio is 2:1. Perform advanced technical procedures and interventions using CRRT, ECMO, hypo/hypothermia protocol, Level one rapid transfuser, Swan, Stroke Act as the Clinical Liaison by translating complex medical plans into clear, compassionate language Engage in effective team collaboration, including rapid response and initiative participation. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
