How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of compassionate, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring every action aligns with the highest safety standards and organizational excellence. Coordinate a multidisciplinary team of specialists to ensure patient care is seamless, holistic, and focused on the best possible clinical outcomes. Monitor and interpret patient conditions in real-time, acting as the vital link between the patient and the medical team through proactive communication and precise documentation. Advocate for the patient’s journey by initiating and managing comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring a safe and successful transition from hospital to home. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Certified BLS Provider specializing in Health Service Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. OR military CPR-First Aid training. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at date of hire required. What additional preferences we're seeking Minimum 2 years' work experience as a Registered Nurse in any of the following specialty areas required: ER/ED/CCU/ICU/IMCU/PCU/Cardiac/Cath Lab Schedule consists of 4-10hr shifts. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm. On-call rotation generally every 5th weekend and weekday nights for emergent procedures. On-call requirements with response time of 45 minutes for IR.

  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing at date of hire required.

  • Schedule consists of 4-10hr shifts. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm.
  • On-call rotation generally every 5th weekend and weekday nights for emergent procedures.
  • On-call requirements with response time of 45 minutes for IR.
