Registered Nurse (New Grad) - Med Surg FT Nights
About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY Renders professional nursing care to patients assigned in a Med-Surg unit, in support of medical care as directed by medical staff and pursuant to objectives and policies of the hospital. Work encompasses direct and indirect care patient care and collaboration with other disciplines involved in the provision of care. Tenet complies with federal, state, and/or local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date. If you receive an exemption from the vaccination requirement, you will be required to submit to regular testing in accordance with the law.
Requirements
- Associate degree or Diploma in Nursing
- GN with temporary license
- Valid Texas RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- Required certifications are to be completed by 2 months of employment
