How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver safe, high-quality direct patient care and execute prescribed treatment plans to optimize patient recovery and wellness. Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, assessing conditions to proactively communicate critical changes to the interdisciplinary team for timely intervention. Lead and coordinate all disciplines (physicians, therapists, etc.) as the primary point of contact to ensure a cohesive and well-coordinated patient care journey. Coordinate and assess patient discharge planning needs from the time of admission, ensuring a seamless and successful transition home or to the next level of care. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Certification specializing in Chemotherapy preferred. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required. What additional preferences we're seeking Oncology experience required. Will need to have or obtain the ONS chemo/immuno provider card prior to hire and OCN with 2 years of hire. Preference for bone marrow transplant experience and/or cellular therapy programs. May need to travel to Mercy Hospital in Oshkosh occasionally. Requirements
